Yes, that is how the all-wise pundits at CBC, CTV, Global etc. would describe the People’s Party of Canada. When I came across this tweet, I started laughing and sighing at the same time.
Another packed house. Now a common theme in the People’s Party of Canada. @peoplespca

Try as they might, the mainstream media cannot stop the groundswell of support that Maxime Bernier is garnering across the country. I personally attended a gathering like this back on July 24 (listen to my podcast here about it). Yet poll after poll does not even list the PPC as an option. Even in the riding of Beauce, Mr. Bernier’s home riding, the party is referred to as “Other”. Seriously!
Come on followers RT!
Pretty pretty please…this NEEDS TO GO VIRAL!!!
It PROVES that they are purposely manipulating the polls so it ”looks like” @MaximeBernier can’t fulfill the 2nd requirement!!#PPC2019 #VotePPC #LetMaxSpeak #MaxSpeaks4Me #NoElectionRigging #NoMUNKRally https://t.co/8MUcirk2pZ

While I make no predictions about the election outcome as only fools do that (and there is no shortage of them online), this is one of the most interesting election seasons I’ve ever seen.
We have a PM who is potentially facing obstruction of justice charges which is a career ending scenario. Then there is the official opposition which is facing a split in its base due to a new party that is gaining momentum. Finally, there are the other left-wing parties fading into irrelevance.
Could we be looking at a Conservative minority with a People’s Party opposition? Oops, sorry. Said I wasn’t predicting. But I’m asking….
